Our people are what make us unique. Rather than outsourcing our construction engineers from questionable outsourcing establishments, we provide them with an environment that supports professional growth.

We are strong believers in giving our employees a voice. Our teams are put together with the help of our resident psychologist to ensure maximum productivity and engagement.

I began making holistic remedies to heal myself & break free from systems that ignored my high sensitivity, to energy and my environment. I developed severe eczema on my hands and had lots of skin reactions to any form of stress or environmental pollutant. I couldn’t use most mainstream products and even had reactions to the medications that were supposed to help. The doctors and specialists said my issues were incurable and as I was “able to cope”, I would just have to learn to live with it. Well, I refused. I knew my issues were holistic and interconnected. I knew my body was reacting to my life, my trauma and my emotions through my sensitivity. I knew there had to be another way. So I took matters into my own hands (literally!) and decided to heal myself.

I gradually changed my lifestyle. I started making my own products and took full responsibility for my health and wellbeing – mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. I started taking serious care of my body having neglected it for so long. I realised I’d been recovering from trauma, burning out from my demanding job in youth & social care and years of other health issues like insomnia, vertigo, stomach issues and all round poor self care were catching up to me – my entire system was fried. My issues were entirely appropriate. In fact, my sensitivity is my greatest gift.
